The selection of a candidate is subject to the fulfillment of the following General Terms and Conditions:
- The interview, trade testing, medical examination, etc., which are carried out and completed by our staff and officers concerned.
- The trade tests are conducted at our own trade test centres which conform to the internationally accepted standards and working conditions of foreign countries.
- Trade and psychometric tests ensure that the workers provided by Alkhair Enterprises Overseas Employment Promoters are skilled and their performance at work conforms to the desired standards.
- The medical and psychological examination are carried out at the hospitals and medical centers approved by foreign embassies/consulates where all modern medical facilities are available.
- This implies that the workers finally selected possess good physical and mental health and are competent to perform their duties with vigor and zeal.
- The salary scales will be provided upon specific request of clients/employers. However, the employment terms including the salary are always negotiable in context of other benefits offered by the employer. In this respect, it is always our endeavor to secure on equitable compensation package for the worker and similar benefits for the employer.
- The candidates must obey the rules and regulations of the company and must carry out their duties as set by the superiors.
- The candidates must obey the laws of the country of employment.
